This hands-on experience lets kids design and personalize their own wearable keepsake while enjoying a creative, social activity everyone can participate in.

- A beautifully styled setup, led by your very own Up Parties host

- Each guest decorates a jean jacket (jackets provided by us)
- Access to a patch bar with hundreds of trendy patches—preppy, sparkly, sporty & more. There’s a vibe for everyone!
- Includes up to 10 patches per jacket for maximum customization
- We will have letters available at the party, but since we can’t guarantee every name can be made onsite, preordering for $15 per jacket guarantees personalized letters will be attached and ready before the event.
- Additional Patches: +$2 per patch per jacket
- All patches are professionally heat-pressed
- All supplies included, including a heat press

Jean jackets are specially ordered based on your confirmed headcount. You may reduce your guest total before final payment is due, but no increases can be made after, as the jackets are custom ordered just for your party.

Every Patch Station experience is thoughtfully curated and includes a custom sweatshirt for each guest (choose from 3 exclusive designs), a guest name printed on each sweatshirt, a curated patch bar with hundreds of trendy patches (preppy, sparkly, sporty, and more), all materials, tools, and supplies. Full setup and breakdown handled on-site

- Dedicated Up Parties hosts and professional heat press station (all patches applied for a polished, durable finish)
- Each child receives a custom-designed sweatshirt (choose from 3 stylish options) personalized with their name printed before the party, ready for them to place patches and create a one-of-a-kind wear able keepsake.

Sweatshirt Policy
Sweatshirts are specially ordered and custom printed with each guest’s name based on your confirmed headcount. You may reduce your guest total before final payment is due, but no increases can be made afterward, as the sweatshirts are personalized and custom-ordered just for your party.

- $15 per additional item, per guest for totes, makeup pouches, trucker hats, belt bag, or beanie hats. Includes: 8 trendy patches, embellishments, and all supplies!
- Bracelet making: $10 per guest
- Sunglasses decorating: $10 per guest
- Keychain Station: $10 per guest. A simple and fun activity where each guest gets to choose and assemble their own keychain!
- Lip Gloss Keychain (includes lip gloss and keychain): $15 per guest
- Journal Decorating: $20 per guest. Guests create personalized journals using a wide variety of stickers, washi tapes, rhinestones, and gel pens (for use during the party), and take home their finished custom journal as a unique keepsake.
- Mini Picture Frame Decorating: $10 per guest
- Touchland and Case Bar: $25 per guest
Seating & Setup
- We provide a dedicated table for patch setup and display
- Customers provide tables and chairs for all guests
- Folding tables and chairs work great!
Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
- We provide full-service delivery, setup, and breakdown for all patch stations.
- $100 delivery and setup fee for Nassau County. For all other areas, please call for pricing.
