Delivery, Setup & Pickup Fee
A standard $100 delivery, setup, and pickup fee applies to each party booking. For igloo parties, this fee is charged per igloo due to the additional equipment and setup involved.
If you’re booking multiple services (e.g., a spa party and a teepee slumber party) at the same location on the same day, you’ll only be charged one $100 fee total.
Travel Surcharges by Location
Travel surcharges are based on distance and accessibility:
Manhattan: $200
Bronx: $200
Westchester: $200
Brooklyn: $150
Staten Island: $150
Queens: No surcharge
Nassau County: No surcharge
Suffolk County: Please call to inquire—some areas may have a surcharge
Hamptons: All bookings have a surcharge which varies by location—please contact us for a quote
Same-Day Pickup
Some locations—especially those farther away like Manhattan or Bronx—may require same-day pickup, which comes with an additional fee. This fee covers extended travel, staffing, and coordination, and will be confirmed in advance if applicable to your booking.
Public Setups (Parks, Rooftops, Beaches, etc.)
Setups in public or logistically challenging spaces require extra time, coordination, and staffing. These locations often involve:
Limited or distant parking
Longer walks to the setup area
Use of elevators, stairs, or uneven terrain
Tighter time restrictions for setup and breakdown
Additional wait time or return trips for pickup
More staff required for efficiency and supervision
Due to these added complexities, public setups will incur an additional fee. Please contact us with your specific location details so we can provide a custom quote.
