Delivery, Setup, and Pickup Fees
Each package includes a $100 delivery, setup, and pickup fee. For igloo parties, this fee is charged per igloo.
If you’re booking multiple packages (like a spa party and a teepee slumber party), you’ll only be charged one $100 fee total, as long as all services are at the same location on the same day.
Travel Surcharges
Additional surcharges apply based on location:
Manhattan: $200
Brooklyn & Westchester: $100
Select areas of the Hamptons: surcharge applies—please contact us for details
No surcharges for Queens or most of Long Island (excluding some parts of the Hamptons)
Same-Day Pickup
Same-day pickup fees may apply for certain areas, especially locations that are farther away, such as Manhattan. These charges help cover the cost of extended staff time and travel. Please inquire for details based on your party location.
